The Outcome Based model — where you pay only when your candidate joins — starts from $4,000/hire (APAC) and $5,500/hire (North America). Every TruMatch placement comes with a 60-day replacement guarantee. If your hire leaves within 60 days of joining, we find you a replacement at no additional cost. This isn't arbitrary — hiring cycles typically run 45–90 days from sourcing to joining, and a 90-day window ensures we have the runway to deliver real value rather than just activity. Within that commitment, you have full flexibility to swap roles mid-month. The Outcome Based model has no minimum commitment — you pay only when a candidate successfully joins.
We onboard new clients with a maximum of 2–3 roles to establish a strong working rhythm and ensure quality of delivery before scaling. Once we've set the tempo and you're happy with the output, we can take on more. This isn't a limitation — it's how we protect the quality of every search we run.
